Core message

We do not exist to complain. We exist to solve.

Many capable Indians already possess the knowledge needed to solve our problems. The challenge is that this knowledge is fragmented. India NDA exists to understand problems, create solutions, bring capable people together, and help build a stronger India — working constructively with government institutions, civil society, academia, industry and citizens, while remaining independent in its research and recommendations.

Purpose 1

Protect and strengthen the nation

Knowledge across national, economic, food, water, energy and cyber security, disaster resilience, border development, defence innovation and institutional capacity.
Purpose 2

Make people's lives easier

Housing, education, healthcare, electricity, water, transport, employment, agriculture, safety, justice and government services — judged by what changed in people's lives, not money spent.
Purpose 3

Make families financially stronger

Employment, entrepreneurship, MSMEs, manufacturing, exports, skills and investment. The objective is growth that reaches the household.

The operating model

Problem → Solution → Implementation → Result

01

Problem

Villages, wards and districts report verified local problems.

02

Solution

Expert councils research, calculate and design practical models.

03

Implementation

Recommendations support responsible institutions on the ground.

04

Result

Outcomes are measured, scored and published transparently.

Grassroots upward

Every village can communicate its problem

Participating villages nominate one to seven community representatives who identify local problems, collect evidence, upload information and verify whether issues are actually resolved. Roughly ten villages form a cluster, clusters form block teams, blocks report into district councils, and districts feed state chapters and the national headquarters.

Cities follow a parallel path: resident → ward → zone → city council → metropolitan council → state → national headquarters.

Digital nervous system

A national problem register, open to the public

Every organisational level connects through one technology backbone: a National Problem Register, a National Solutions Bank, district and state dashboards, and a development scorecard that tracks measurable outcomes over time. AI assists with classification, translation, cost modelling and progress monitoring — but human experts remain accountable for every recommendation.

  • Problems logged with evidence and location
  • Solutions costed, sourced and peer-reviewed
  • Progress published in plain language
  • Multilingual access across Indian languages
